For bookings made within 5 days, 70% of the booking price is due as a deposit and less than 3 months before arrival, 100% of the booking price is due as a deposit.
Cancellation is NOT possible (not even in the event of force majeure, epidemics, etc.). It is possible to rebook within 1 year. This is only possible after consultation with the landlord if the desired apartment is available at another time.

Appartements Sieglinde: Rental prices per apartment and week, within the specified seasonal periods.
Sieglinde Color: Rental prices per room and day, within the specified seasonal periods.

Local Tax:
All year round Euro 5,00 per day and person from the age of 16.

Final cleaning:
€ 25,- per week / person (does not depend on duration of stay).

Short stay supplement:
1-3 days 25% surcharge.

Breakfast at Sieglinde Color: 
Enjoy our breakfast for only Euro 22,00 per person and day.

In winter season bookings from Saturday to Saturday possible, only.

Check-In from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m.
Check-Out until 10 a.m.

In case of arrivals after 8 p.m., please give us a call.
No Check-In from 12 a.m.!

At departure before 8 a.m., check-out will be the day before in the evening. For security, a deposit of € 500,- will be reserved from your credit card.

A cash deposit of € 250,- to € 500,- (depending on the size of the booked apartment/room) is due on arrival.

Garage parking is possible directly at our apartment house or at the Freizeit Arena garage for € 15,- per car per day.
Outdoor parking subject to availability, at Rodelhütte or Sieglinde Color, Euro 10,- per day and car.

We do not allow pets in our hotel, but in Soelden you will find a dog-friendly accommodation, in which your pets can be cared for during their stay.
